Meet your Coach
Hey, I’m Jayden Damrow, and for the past decade, I’ve been helping people transform their bodies. But before that? I was just a skinny nerd who loved video games and superheroes—and got picked on because I was too weak to defend myself.
One day, I decided enough was enough. I grabbed my brother’s old dumbbells, thinking I’d turn myself into the next superhero. But reality hit hard—my genetics sucked for building muscle. Progress was slow. Gains were minimal.
I had two choices: accept my fate or go full nerd mode and figure this thing out. So, I studied everything I could about training, nutrition, and body transformation. What started as a personal quest became an obsession—and eventually, a career.
I went on to study Exercise & Movement Science, got certified, and since then, I’ve helped thousands of people build muscle, lose fat, and level up their confidence and mental strength.
If you’ve ever felt stuck, weak, or like the odds are against you—I get it. But I also know that with the right plan, anyone can change their body and mindset. And I’m here to help you do exactly that.
