My goal when I first came to Jayden was to get lean whilst not losing muscle mass or strength. Before I met Jayden I had already been training for 10 years and had built a fairly substantial amount of muscle. Unfortunately, this also came with quite a bit of unwanted body fat. Now with the help of Jayden I have become leaner than I have ever been while also getting stronger than I ever was. I was diagnosed with Lymphoma a few years ago and was given 6 months to live. I underwent chemo and radiation treatment as well as taking medical steroids to stop the swelling in my brain. Due to the steroids, I doubled my weight from 72k to 146kg within 3 months. After a challenging 3 months of daily treatment, I went into remission and was allowed to go home. After a month at home, feeling depressed and confused, still weighing over 140kg, my doctor suggested going to a gym. I joined one but didn't know what I was doing - I felt invisible. A fellow gym member suggested I try training with Jayden. I had never worked with a PT before so I was a bit scared and shy but within minutes of meeting Jayden I felt relaxed and at ease, ready for a new challenge. To cut a long story short I am not over 60kgs lighter and have been able to transition from fat loss to building muscle. My friends and family have noticed a huge difference and I have been able to get a lot stronger, build muscle and feel a lot more confident in the gym. Jayden has helped me mentally as well as physically. With his support i have been able to achieve my goals and then some. He has helped me become a better person. I am no longer invisible!

I am a professional orchestral musician specialising in percussion instruments. As part of this, I have to do a lot of heavy lifting, and the act of playing the instruments itself is very demanding. For this reason, I signed up to a gym and was immediately recommended by the manager to book in with Jayden. Right from the start Jayden helped me to formulate a plan of action including a training program and meal plan that would work for me and fitted into my lifestyle. When I started training with Jayden my goal was to build more muscle whilst getting leaner.
