ABOUT ME
Hi
My name’s Jayden and I am an anime, gaming, and superhero loving nerd who just happened to pick up some radioactive dumbbells one day which transformed me over night and for the last 10 years I have been the one and only "Hardgainer Trainer"

I wish! How cool would that have been. Unfortunately though it wasn't that easy. To cut a very long story short, I was a geeky teenager who constantly got bullied and lacked any confidence because I was the skinniest kid in my class.
Now I help other guys who feel the same way I did do the same. Don't worry though it won't take you 10 years because you have me ;)
Don't forget though "with great power comes great responsibility" so I will guide you through this journey and personally take on the responsibility of not letting you become an arrogant jerk

Just a little humble brag to finish off... I have completed my bachelor in exercise and movement science, I am a qualified nutritionist, and have placed 2nd in QLD for Classic Physique. OPTIMISED TRAINING PROGRAMS

Everything is done for you. Not only will you be shown exactly what exercises, how many sets and how many reps you need to perform but you will also be given guidance on how much you should be lifting and when to progress.

All of your programs will be periodised meaning that each one will progress from the previous. Nothing is random and every step is thought out and progressed logically

Your program will be developed and adapted based on what works for you and how your body responds as well as any lifestyle obstacles we may have to work around

Your program will be tweaked and monitored weekly (if not more frequently) to ensure that you are constantly progressing

Your training variables such as volume, rep and set ranges, frequency and intensities will be manipulated based on your body’s response to your program

NUTRITION

Nutrition is one of the biggest factors to progression and has to be individualised more than anything else. The amount and distribution of food you need is constantly changing so it’s important that we monitor this very closely.

Meal plans catered to your preferences and likes/dislikes as well as any allergies, intolerances and lifestyle choices.
